We offer ATL on some products only.
To opt into contactless delivery, please select 'Authority to Leave' (ATL) at checkout if it is available for that product.
ATL delivery authorises the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can select to have a signature required on delivery.
If you have selected ATL for your order, your parcel will be left in a safe place at the address provided upon checkout. A signature will not be required for the order to be left at the premises.
Please note that even if ATL is selected, it is not guaranteed. Some partners do not offer ATL and it is also at the discretion of the driver if there is a safe place to leave the parcel.
Qantas Marketplace will not cover lost orders if ATL has been selected and the parcel has been marked as delivered.
