Products are sent from various warehouses, so shipping times may differ. To determine how long it will take to receive a product before purchasing we recommend the use of our postcode tool in the 'delivery' tab on each product page it will provide an estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date for each product will also be displayed at the last step of the checkout. Once you have ordered the product delivery information will be available under your account details on our website and on the shipped confirmation email we send after the product is dispatched. Where available you may also receive status updates via email or SMS on your delivery from carriers. Please note that for magazine subscriptions ordered from Qantas Marketplace, you or your nominated recipient will receive a confirmation email, usually by the estimated arrival date. However, the first issue of the magazine will usually take around 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Note that during busy periods, such as Christmas or the end of the financial year, there may be delays in orders being delivered.
