Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment. If you return a product that you've purchased using your Qantas Points, your points will be credited back once the return is finalised.
If you return a product that you've purchased using cash, you will receive a cash refund. Please note that cash refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Any points, including Bonus Points, that are earned in association with your purchase will be forfeited once the return is finalised.
